My website says it has been suspended/deactivated, what do I do?

If you see a message similar to the one below when trying to access your website, it is likely that your hosting subscription has expired. This could be due to not having a payment method set up on your account, or because the hosting has expired and needs renewing.
To see your pending renewals, log into your InstaHost Control Panel and go to My Account > Renewals.
