If you find that you need help with an issue but cannot find the right information in our guides or videos you can submit a support ticket. In the side menu click on Help & Support, then help & Support. On this page you will find our user guides and videos, there is also the option to capture your screen so you can send us a file to better understand the issue.

To submit a support ticket scroll down the page to the Submit a Support Ticket section then fill out the form. 


Finally, you can click Submit Ticket this will send the ticket to our support team who will be in contact with you shortly.
