If you go to the Theme Designer, you can find lots of options and templates that you can change by selecting the style sheet and saving the Template Combination. Make sure you select Use Template Combination to make it active on your website. You can also install new themes on this page. Simply scroll down to Advanced Themes and click Install Theme for the template you would like to use. Next go to Set Active Template and select the template from the drop down menu and click Use Template Combination. This will prompt a green box to appear at the top of the page, from this click Close. This will refresh the page and set the new template.
