If your designer has created a template for you, it can be found within the Insert Template menu within your page editor. First go to the page that you would like to insert the template in. Next click on the Insert Template icon. A dialogue box will open on your screen. From here click on the select a template menu. This will open a full list of the templates you can use on your webpage. If you scroll to the bottom of this menu you will find any custom page templates created by your designer. To insert the template simply click on the one you wish to use and then click OK. The template will have been added to your page so you can add your content.
