Yes! To create a hyperlink you have to highlight the text you would like to link and click on the Insert Link icon . Here a modal screen will open providing you with lots of options. To set a link to open in a new window go down to Target and select New Window. Next click Ok, then click Save and Update Page and the link will open in a new window. We recommend you do this for all external links.
