Yes! Go to System Options in your control panel and then click on Website Backups. To back up your website simply press Start Backup Process. A new window will show stating that the process has begun. This may take some time depending on the size of your website. However you can close this window and you will receive an email with a downloadable link. It is important to know that the backup process will simply make a copy of the content in your website, so that you could manually input it, if it was lost. The backup will not automatically recover your website. Once the process is finished you can view your files.
