The Communicate tool can be found in the top menu of the control panel. To mailshot your subscribers simply enter the name of who is sending the email, and select the group you would like to send it to. In the next box type the subject of the email and then you can create your email or newsletter in the Page Content Editor below! If you have already created a newsletter using HTML you can click on the Source Code icon to copy and paste this into this section. Once you have finished creating your email, click Send Group Email.
