What Is Feed Advertising And How Do I Use It?

Feed Advertising is a way for you to promote things to, or monetize, your subscribers feed - either via the RSS feed or email subscribers. This is useful, for example, if you are, in a band; you can entice new subscribers to your blog by offering a free song to download which is only available to subscribers.
Within the blog module, click on Feed Advertising and activate. You can then begin to create your advert. Firstly choose an Advert Header from the menu and then type in a mini promo in the Promo Text box. Again there is a Preview on the right. Next you can enter your advert text in the Content Page Editor as you would normally. If you have created a HTML advert you can copy and paste this into the HTML section of the Content Page Editor. Once you are happy with your advert, click Save and Update advert.
