Why Can't I Add A Product To My Shop?

This could be one of a few things. To add products to your shop you need to have first created a category (and/or a sub-category) to your shop. Alternatively, you may not have activated the eCommerce module. This can be done within the eCommerce module on the Shop Dashboard by toggling the switch at the top of the page. You may have also reached your product limit, depending on your website package.
To add a category, go to Modules > eCommerce > Shop Dashboard in the side menu, then click on the Categories button.
You can then click on Add New Category, this will open a new section on the right hand side where you can enter the information about the category you are creating. To add a sub-category: Within the category section you will find a drop down menu labelled Category Parent. From here you can select a previously made category to link the new one to as a sub-category.
You can now go ahead and assign products to the categories so they show up in the shop.
